EDCOR uses US standard printed circuit board mounting bobbins for all PCB mounted transformers. A full mechanical drawing that shows suggest pad size and hole placement is available for each model. The coil bobbin and pins are RoHS compliant.

Channels
Transformer mounting channels.

EDCOR uses high quality rolled steel and punched mounting channels for smaller transformers. These channels vary in size to conform to the size of the transformer core. The channels are plated with a RoHS compliant plating.

Brackets
Transformer mounting bracket.

EDCOR uses high quality rolled steel mounting brackets for larger transformers. These brackets vary in size to conform to the size of the transformer core. The brackets are plated with a RoHS compliant plating.

End Bells
Transformer casing mounted end bells.

EDCOR uses high quality rolled steel and punched casing mounted end bells for some of theClass X series transformers. These end bells vary in size to conform to the size of the transformer core. The end bells are powder coated with a RoHS compliant coating. The powder coating is the standard RAL 5010 Gentian Blue.
