DOLPH AC-43 is a clear, air-drying insulating finishing varnish based on polyurethane. AC 43 dries very quickly and can be applied via coating, dipping and spraying. Its good coating performance and glossy finish ensure that it offers excellent protection against moisture, abrasion and chemicals. Due to its extremely high thermal resistance, still thermal class F (155°C), AC 43 is used for applications with higher thermal demands The internal varnishing of electric motors and the varnishing of transformers are classic applications. It is also suitable for a wide range of electrical engineering and electronic applications. Motor housings, field coils, solenoid coils, conductor rails, terminal boxes, collector rings, fuse tubes, collector connections, control coils, printed circuit boards.
