3M 1318-1 1-Mil. Polyester Film Electrical Insulating Tape.

3M™ 1318 Tape is a polyester film tape with acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive. It has excellent flagging resistance and solvent resistance, making it well suited for applications where cleaning solvents and mineral oil are present. It consists of materials that are represented in many UL Recognized Insulation Systems and has a UL 130°C temperature rating. It offers good wet grab, excellent shelf life.

Features:

  • This is a printable tape that has a resin- and varnish-absorptive black acetate cloth backing and is on a 3 inch paper core.
  • This tape's excellent conformability makes it a good choice for coil wrappings applications up to 105°C.
