Sales

Yes, we do sell to other electronic manufacturers (OEMs). EDCOR also sells to assembly houses, installers, dealers, distributors, and education institutes all around the world. Please contact sales@edcorusa.com for account information.

Yes. EDCOR has an active CAGE code and an updated listing on the SAM register. We have sold to many government agencies and departments, including DOD and DHS. If you need more information please email sales@edcorusa.com.

Because of the VAT regulation issued by the UK and EU, EDCOR only ships to customers with a valid VAT number. If you have a business with a valid VAT number, you can email VAT number and order to sales@edcorusa.com. We will email you a draft invoice for payment for your order.

If you have a no-tax, resale, or tax-exempt certificate issued by your state, please email a copy to sales@edcorusa.com. We will add it to you account and set your account to not charge sales tax.

EDCOR does offer a 30 days net terms account. You would need to email you credit references to sales@edcorusa.com.

We do have a minimum billing off $500.00. Any order under that would have to be paid at time of order. If no orders are placed with in a year, the net terms are removed from your account.

Shipping

We ship all over the world with the exception of the UK and EU countries, due to their VAT regulations. If you are in the UK or an EU country and have a valid VAT number, you can email sales@edcorusa.com with the VAT number and the items you wish to purchase. If you are not in the UK or the EU, any shipping costs will apply, and be added at checkout.

Almost all products are built to order. Please allow at least 4 to 6 weeks for manufacturing. If we have the items in sub-assembly, it take approximately 1 to 2 weeks before shipping. If the items are in stock, it will take typically 3 to 5 days before shipping. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

We mainly ship via FedEx. if the shipment is less the 2.5 lb., we will ship USPS. All APO shipment are via USPS. If you have an open account we can ship through FedEx on your account number. Please email you PO and FedEx account number to sales@edcorusa.com.

Products

Yes. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. You can view our return policy here.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
